Personal growth & life coaching

A transformational model of human behavior and motivation.

The Core Balance Model© was developed and pioneered by Raphael Natale to make the complexities of the human psyche and the mind’s tendency to misperceive and miscommunicate easier to understand.

The Core Balance Model©

Two selves, one practical path back to balance.

The model distinguishes between the Core Automatic Self and the Core Authentic Self. The automatic self works to protect us from harm or pain; the authentic self remains whole, capable, and ready to learn and grow.

When old pain is triggered, automatic reactions can take over. The work is not about denying those reactions—it is about recognizing them, understanding their role, and restoring access to the part of us capable of clearer observation, assessment, problem-solving, and connection.

Core Automatic Self

A protective response shaped by prior fear, danger, or pain. It can become overwhelmed by self-critical dialogue and recurring patterns when it takes control.

Core Authentic Self

The real self: whole, healthy, capable, and complete. When given room for expression, it supports creativity, intimacy, and more resourceful action.

The Core Balance Profile

A self-guided way to identify your dynamics and return to your center.

The Core Balance Profile gives participants a method for defining their unique Core Balance Components©, identifying Automatic Core Dynamics©, and using individualized tools to release the Core Authentic Self when it has been reactivated.
